The Michal Sela Forum Association (ID no: 580700839) (hereinafter the “Association”) operates at the following website address: www.michalsela.org.il and at any other address at the Association’s discretion (hereafter “the website”). The purpose of this association is to prevent violence against women in their homes through both technology and innovation.

This website includes general information about the association itself and its activities (hereinafter: the “Services”). These terms of use (“Terms of Use) must be read through carefully before using our website. By performing any sort of action on the website you confirm that you have read the terms of use prior to and that you agree and understand all its terms and conditions, and agree to be subject to the terms of use and that you or any party on your behalf will not have any claim and/or demand and/or claim against the association and/or its employees with anything relating to the terms and conditions of this site.

1. The use of the website and the content provided on it are subject to the terms of use. The purpose of those terms and conditions is to regulate the relationship between the website and any person and/or entity and/or party or on behalf of those who use the website (hereinafter referred to as “the user”, “you” (male/female).

This includes prohibiting to create and use of the mentioned means to create a collection or database that will contain content from this site.

2.2.4 Distributing “spam” to the site’s servers or flooding them with any other mail.

2.2.5 Changing, processing, copying, extracting information, adapting, granting a sublicense, translating, selling, any operations of re-engineering, disassembly or reassembly of any part or components of the code that make this website, including the data base, as well as actions regarding the hardware and software that are used for the service.

2.2.6 Violation in any way of copyrights, trademarks, or any other proprietary right found on this website, of the operator and/or any third party.

2.2.7 any use that is intended to track another person or harass them in any way.

2.3 You may not create a link to the website without the association’s prior written consent and approval and the association will not bear any responsibility for any damage caused as a result of any link to the website’s content and any publication of such contents in any other way. You bear full and exclusive responsibility for any link, presentation or publication of the website’s contents and undertake to recompensate the association for any damage caused as a result.

By using the website you agree that the association will make use of the aforementioned personal information, all in accordance with the privacy policy.

The only place for jurisdiction to any matter concerning the terms of use and the use of this website is in the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa region.

These terms of use are worded in a feminine gender (Hebrew) but for convenience reasons only and refers both to women and men.
